Atlante Biennale

Beyond the pavilions

An orientation tool for those who want to see everything the Venice Biennale generates — beyond the official programme.

What is Atlante Biennale

You've left the Giardini. You still have two hours.

You know something else is happening across the city — exhibitions, installations, spaces you would never have found on your own. But the information is scattered, time is short, and Venice doesn't forgive those who get lost.

Atlante is an orientation tool for those who want to see beyond the official routes.

Not a guide. Not a magazine. Not a to-do list.

You set the filters — how much time you have, where you are, what interests you — and Atlante suggests a route through places that would otherwise stay invisible: spaces outside the usual circuits, independent initiatives, venues distributed across the whole city and the surrounding territory.

For visitors, a broader view of what the Biennale actually generates. For organisers, a real chance to be found.

One criterion holds it all together: the relationship with the edition's theme.

Beyond the pavilions, the Biennale continues.
Atlante helps you find it.

How it works

FOR VISITORS

Tell ATLANTE where you are, how much time you have, and what interests you. You'll get a route through selected venues — including those far from the most crowded circuits, and beyond the historic centre. Less time lost, more things seen.

Orient your day

FOR ORGANISERS

Add your space, your exhibition, your event. ATLANTE connects it to the whole Biennale ecosystem and suggests it to the right people, at the right moment, on the right route.

Get found by people who don't know you yet

FOR THE CITY

ATLANTE collects anonymous, aggregated data on how people move during the Biennale. Knowledge that belongs to the cultural ecosystem that produces it — and that helps understand what really happens beyond the Giardini.

Distributes flows, values places

Help me build Atlante

Atlante is under construction. Before building the platform, I want to understand what the people who will use it actually need. Five minutes of your time makes a real difference.

VISITORS

Have you visited or would you like to visit the Biennale?

Tell me how you orient yourself today, what you find difficult, what information you're missing. Your answers will shape the filters and routes of the platform.

ORGANISERS

Are you organising something during the Biennale?

Gallery, foundation, studio, university or independent space: tell me how you promote your events today and what you would change. Your answers will build the organiser side of the platform.
